Is there a limit to how many requests I can have?
How are tasks prioritized?
What does the Creative Team need to complete tasks as soon as possible?
On average, our Creative Team is able to complete tasks within 48 hours, provided that:
- All information and/or materials required for them to complete the tasks are already available to them (e.g., instructions, high-resolution images, etc.).
- There are no interruptions to their workflow (e.g., changing task priorities, sudden cancellation of tasks, etc.).
If there is a lack of information or interruptions to the workflow due to change in task priorities; you will still get updates on the progress of active tasks so you will know the progress of the task's completion.
Do we need to provide our own resources for the images and/or videos?
Ideally yes, if you already have pre-selected images or videos that you want to use for a task; then be sure to provide the links to the files in the task description. This will shorten the completion time for the task as well.
If you do not have the specific image/s or video/s for a task yet; then we will use our own internal resources to look for the appropriate images and videos needed to complete the task. (This process will be included in the 48-hour window.) These will be stock photos and videos on various online resources that are free for commercial use. Just ensure that you provide us with detailed instructions on what type of images or videos you prefer or envision for use in the creative work.
Can I apply for a subscription service if I want my logo and whole website done from scratch?
The subscription service is recommended for your more regular creative requirements (e.g., social media posts, sales and marketing materials, event posters, etc.) So yes, you can apply for a subscription service for these types of services; however keep in mind that we will only be working on these tasks one at a time only.
If you have a deadline in mind to finish these major requirements (e.g., logo to website design and implementation, other backend development requirements), then we recommend that you take advantage of our customized web development services.
